(The leader) and Beijing Wuhe International Engineering Design Consulting Co., Ltd. ranked first with a price of about 810 million yuan, which was about 13.2 million yuan lower than second consortium of China Construction Second Bureau. It is constructed by Tangshan Yitang Health and Old-age Industry Development Co., Ltd., covering an area of about 171.39 mu, with a total construction area of about 200,000 square meters. The plan includes 9 full-time care facilities, 3 nursing homes for the elderly and 2 old-age residences, among which the core 14-storey comprehensive old-age service facilities are about 38000 square meters, providing comprehensive old-age services such as life care and rehabilitation care.
