On February 27, Huadian Jixi Yangxi Town Phase I 35 MW Photovoltaic Project EPC General Contracting (Second) Bidding Project Winning Candidate Announcement Notice was issued.
According to the announcement, there are two shortlisted candidates, namely Guodian Nanjing Automation Co., Ltd. and Hunan Red Sun New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., with bidding unit prices of 1.454 yuan/W and 1.714 yuan/W respectively. On December 1,
2025, the first tender announcement was issued for the project, and the tenderer was Huadian (Jixi) New Energy Co., Ltd. The project is located in Jixi County, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, with a scale of 35MW .
The bidding contents include but are not limited to: except ① PV modules , inverters , box-type transformers, Procurement and transportation of integrated automation equipment ② Early stage of the project ③ Supervision ④ Permanent lease requisition of construction land ⑤ Commencement and grid connection formalities ⑥ Production preparation, purchase of production vehicles, project construction management fees ⑦ Grid connection performance test, etc., which are beyond the scope of the Employer's responsibility. The survey and design, procurement of equipment and materials (as well as the design and procurement of equipment and materials for other projects such as cables for which Huadian Group has completed the framework bidding according to the results of the framework bidding of Huadian Group), construction and installation, commissioning, testing, acceptance and other package work within the construction scope of this bidding project, as well as the coordination work within the scope of the Employer's responsibility. , 2026, the project issued a second tender announcement, announcing the failure of the first tender, but did not announce the specific reasons.
