On April 21, the announcement of EPC general contract extension of 600000 kilowatt photovoltaic sand control project in Xinhe County of Daqin Electric Power was issued. The announcement shows that the bid opening time of the project will be postponed from 9:30 on April 23, 2026 to 9:30 on May 12, 2026.
It is noteworthy that on April 2, 2026, the tenderer of the project also issued a correction announcement, which changed the time of obtaining the tender documents from 8: Corrected to 00:00 on April 2, 2026 to 23:59 on April 9, 2026 .
It is understood that the tenderer of the project is Daqin Electric Power (Xinhe) Co., Ltd. The project is located in Xinhe County, Aksu Prefecture, Xinjiang, with a total investment of 1.65 billion yuan, an area of 18,000 mu and a rated capacity of 600MW (the installed capacity is about 633.5472 MWp).
The tender is divided into three bid sections , each of which has a new photovoltaic installed capacity of 200 MW and a photovoltaic sand control area of 6000 mu. In the preliminary design stage of the
project, it is recommended to adopt 710Wp N-type monocrystalline silicon double-sided double-glass battery modules , with a total of 892,320 modules. The bidding contents of the
project include but are not limited to the development, survey, feasibility study, design, civil engineering and related supporting projects of the project.
