On July 1, the tender for the EPC general contracting procurement project of the second bid section of the 500MW photovoltaic composite project in Lingwu City was issued, and the tenderer was Lingwu Linglu New Energy Co., Ltd.
The tender announcement shows that the above project is located near Majiatan Town, Lingwu City, Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, with a construction scale of 500 MW photovoltaic and a supporting capacity of 100 MW/400 MWh energy storage facilities . The scope of this
tender includes but not limited to: engineering survey and design, project management, procurement and supply of all equipment and materials (except those supplied by Party A) involved in the second bid section of this project; acceptance, unloading, storage, secondary transfer, inspection and management of all equipment and materials (including those supplied by Party A) and handover of remaining materials and spare parts; Civil engineering and installation engineering construction, test and inspection, commissioning and acceptance, production preparation and training, defect elimination and handover to production, quality assurance, services within the warranty period of project quality, etc.
The project is scheduled to start on August 10, 2026 and be connected to the grid with full capacity on December 30, 2026, totaling 152 calendar days. In terms of
bidding performance, bidders are required to provide two or more similar projects from January 1, 2023 to the deadline for bidding (based on the time of completion and acceptance) . The unit capacity of similar projects is greater than or equal to 100MW . Consortium bidding is not accepted for

Earlier, on June 3, the Ningxia Lingwu Examination and Approval Service Administration issued a public announcement on the acceptance of the environmental impact report form for the 500000 kilowatt photovoltaic composite project in Lingwu City, Central. The total investment of the
project is 1.25 billion yuan. The installed capacity of the AC side is 500 MW, and the installed capacity of the DC side is 500.0905 MWp. On June 8, the tender for EPC general contracting procurement project of the first bid section of the 500MW photovoltaic composite project in Lingwu City, Zhonghuan, was released. Bid section I is planned to start investigation on July 10, 2026, and electrified conditions will be available on December 20, 2026.
