On August 15, the tender announcement for the 200,000 kilowatt photovoltaic project of Qian'an Taipingzhuang was issued, and the tenderer was Qian'an New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. Located near Taipingzhuang Town, Qian'an City, Tangshan City, Hebei Province,
the project covers an area of 5907.25 mu, and mainly constructs facilities such as photovoltaic module array area, construction access road, box transformer, overhead collector line and ground cable, substation and operation management center to be built, and access road. The total building area is 4800 square meters, and solar photovoltaic modules, box-type transformers, inverters and other equipment are purchased and installed. After the completion of the project, the capacity will be 200 MW, and the annual power generation is estimated to be 300 million kilowatt-hours.
The project is scheduled to start on September 15, 2026 and connect to the grid for the first time on February 28, 2027.
This tender is the EPC general contracting of the project, the overall system engineering design (including surveying and mapping, survey, construction drawing design and as-built drawings); The AC side capacity of 110kV booster station and photovoltaic field area is 200 MW, the DC side capacity is 251 MWp, the 18808 and supporting power collection lines, and the general contracting of 110kV transmission project construction (including all ancillary facilities such as the terminal station).
The tender requires bidders to have no less than two EPC general contracting performances of 100MW and above photovoltaic projects from July 1, 2021 to the deadline for bidding. Consortium bidding is not accepted
in this tender. The deadline for submission of
bidding documents (bidding deadline) is 9:00 on September 7, 2026.
