On August 13, the announcement of the termination of EPC and supervision for the design, procurement and construction of the distributed photovoltaic source, network, load and storage integration project in Yicheng District , Zhumadian City, Henan Province was issued.
The announcement shows that the bidding project was terminated due to major adjustments in the project.
Previously, on January 5, the EP bidding and supervision announcement of the above-mentioned distributed photovoltaic source network load storage integration project was issued, and the tenderer was Zhumadian Yicheng District Yijie Environmental Service Co., Ltd.
The project is located in Yicheng District of Zhumadian City. Distributed photovoltaic, electrochemical energy storage and supporting transmission and distribution networks are constructed in 43 public institutions such as Zhumadian No.1 Senior High School (new campus) and Yicheng District Health and Sports Committee to realize the integration of source, network, load and storage.
The tender is divided into two bid sections: the first bid section is the EPC of the distributed photovoltaic source, network, load and storage integration project; the second bid section is the supervision of the design and procurement project of the distributed photovoltaic source, network, load and storage integration project.
Four days later, on January 9, there was a change announcement for the above tender project. The qualification requirements for the person in charge of design and the time for obtaining documents in the original tender announcement have been changed, and a qualification requirement for bidders has been added.
