The content of the change is personnel performance requirements . According to
the announcement, In this change, the performance requirements of the proposed project manager are changed from "must have one or more 200 MW and above (plain desert/mountain/agricultural photovoltaic (including forest photovoltaic) complementary) photovoltaic power station completed or completed construction general contracting or completed or completed EPC general contracting" to "must have one or more 200 MW and above (plain desert/mountain/agricultural photovoltaic (including forest photovoltaic) complementary) photovoltaic power station completed or completed construction general contracting". Performance of the contracted project manager "shall be changed to" performance of the project manager who has completed or completed the construction general contracting or completed or completed the EPC general contracting of one or more 100MW and above (plain desert/mountain/agricultural photovoltaic (including forest photovoltaic) complementary) photovoltaic power station ".
According to the tender announcement issued on September 29, the second phase of the 1.5 million kilowatt photovoltaic sand control project (Inner Mongolia Company) is located in Dalate Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, with a construction scale of 1500 MW . The owner is Datang (Dalate Banner) New Energy Co., Ltd .
The project is divided into 6 bid sections . At present, the tenderee of the project has only issued the tender announcement of the second, third and sixth bid sections, in which the second bid section includes the construction of 309 MW photovoltaic area and the general contracting of the construction of No.2 220kV booster station; the third bid section includes the construction of 270 MW photovoltaic area and the general contracting of the construction of No.3 220kV booster station; The sixth bid section includes the construction of 144MW photovoltaic area and the general contracting of the construction of No.4 220 kV booster station. In terms of
construction period, the second bid section of the project is tentatively scheduled to start construction on November 15, 2026, and to be connected to the grid with full capacity on July 20, 2027, with 248 calendar days; the third bid section is tentatively scheduled to start construction on November 15, 2026, and to be connected to the grid with full capacity on May 30, 2027, with 197 calendar days; Bid Section 6 is tentatively scheduled to start construction on November 15, 2026, and to be connected to the grid with full capacity on August 5, 2027, with 264 calendar days.
It is noteworthy that this is the second time that the tenderee of the project has issued the tender announcement of the second, third and sixth bidding sections.
Previously, in May 2026, the tenderee issued the general contract bidding for the construction of the above three bidding sections for the first time. However , due to the change of part of the planned construction land and the major change of the construction scheme, the tenderee terminated the first round of bidding in June 2026.
According to the project filing notice disclosed by Dalate Banner Energy Bureau in September 2026, the total investment of the project is 667059 17000 yuan , the total installed capacity is 1.5 million kilowatts, covering an area of about 53000 mu, and six sub-projects are planned. Among them, Shuiquanwan Project is about 360 MW, Yusuta Project is about 310 MW, Shahaota Project is about 170 MW, Shaoyingsha Project is about 130 MW, Hongnihao Project is about 270 MW, and Hustai Project is about 260 MW.
