On October 27, Dadu River Company Mianning Company Mianning 2 # Block Tuowu Photovoltaic Project EPC General Contracting Project was tendered publicly.
The project unit is Guoneng Sichuan Mianning New Energy Co., Ltd. The project is located in Daqiao Town, Mianning County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. The planned installed DC side capacity is 146.432 MWp, and the AC side capacity is 120MW . A new 220 KV booster station is connected to the new Yele switching station.
This tender is the EPC general contracting of the main body project of Tuowu Photovoltaic Project in Mianning 2 # Block of Mianning Company of Dadu River Company (excluding the delivery project). The scope of bidding includes, but is not limited to, engineering survey and design (preliminary design and preparation of construction drawings and completion drawings), procurement of equipment and materials, construction of construction and installation projects, inspection and testing of equipment and facilities, environmental and water conservation and ecological restoration projects, formalities, related coordination, start-up acceptance, trial operation, transfer of production acceptance, project transfer to commercial operation. The overall implementation of EPC project general contracting. Photovoltaic modules
of the Project shall be supplied by Party A. The total construction period of the
project is 12 months (including survey, design, construction and full capacity grid connection), and the planned construction period is from December 1, 2026 to November 30, 2027.
The project shall complete all defects elimination within 2 months from the date of full capacity grid connection, complete safety, occupational health and water conservation acceptance within 3 months, complete environmental protection, file acceptance, project settlement audit and commercial operation within 6 months, and complete completion acceptance within 12 months; The preliminary acceptance of standard operation shall be completed within 3 months after the trial operation is passed, and the re-acceptance shall be completed within 6 months after the preliminary acceptance of standard operation is completed. In terms of
performance, this tender requires bidders to bid from October 2021 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of contract signing). The bidder must have at least two contract performances of EPC general contracting of photovoltaic power generation projects of 100M Wp and above (including the contents of photovoltaic field and booster station) , and all of them have been put into operation. Consortium bidding is not accepted for
this project . The
bidding documents will be purchased at 20:00 on October 27, 2026, and the bidding documents will be purchased at 09:00 on November 2 , 2026. The bid
closing and opening time is 9:00 on November 17, 2026.
