Tlaqim Cement is located in the Greater Istanbul region, with an annual production capacity of about 2.5 million tons of the underlying asset cement plant, which can meet Turkey's local infrastructure needs and has export capacity to neighboring countries and the United States market.

The company currently holds the construction permit for the second complete production line, with an additional capacity of 2.5 million tons. After the two production lines are all landed, the base will become the largest cement production plant under Titan Group.

The acquisition deeply matches the medium and long-term development strategy of TITAN Forward 2029. Relying on capacity expansion, regional layout optimization, supply chain system upgrading and export channel diversification, we will continue to consolidate the main business and achieve endogenous growth.

Titan Group has signed a joint venture agreement with Caba Energy Group to jointly develop a 100 MW photovoltaic power plant under construction. Titan invested 34 million euros and held 50% of the project. After the completion of the photovoltaic power plant and the coordinated operation with the cement business, it is expected that in 2027, the acquisition and integration of assets will bring more than 120 million euros of operating income and more than 50 million euros of EBITDA to Titan Group, which will increase earnings per share. The subsequent business synergies will continue to improve the operating performance. Marcel Cobuz, Chairman of the Executive Committee of

Titan Group, said that the acquisition was highly in line with the strategy of TITAN Forward 2029, which helped Titan Group to cultivate the main building materials industry and continue to create industry-leading capital returns. The Istanbul market has broad prospects for development, and Titan Group will continue to invest in plant equipment upgrading, clean energy transformation and capacity expansion. Christos Panagopoulos, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of

Titan Group Turkey Business, believes that the acquisition will further consolidate Titan Group's market position in the Marmara region.
