, Hunan Province Basic Information of the Project: Changsha Rail Transit Line 5 Extension Line Project (South Extension Section) starts from Maozhutang Station (not Including), ending at Datuopu Station, running from east to west as a whole, mainly laid along the planned Qiangti Road, Tianxin Avenue, Environmental Protection Avenue and Wanjiali Road. The total length of the line is about 9.25 km. It is laid underground. There are 7 stations in total, all of which are underground stations, including 2 transfer stations. The average distance between stations is 1. No new parking lot and main substation will be built in this phase of the project. Make use of Shuidu River Depot and Tianjiling Main Substation of Phase I Project. Division of
bid sections: The Project is divided into 3 bid sections.
The first bid section: Maozhutang Station (excluded)-Changsha University of Science and Technology Station (excluded), 2 stations and 3 sections.
The second bid section: Changsha University of Science and Technology Station-CITIC Plaza Station, 3 stations and 2 sections.
The third bid section: CITIC Plaza Station (excluding)-Datuopu Station, 2 stations and 2 sections. Requirements
for construction period: The planned construction period of this project is 30 months, and the final terms of the signed contract shall prevail.
Bidding scope: The bidding scope is Changsha Rail Transit Line 5 Extension Line Project (South Extension Section), with 7 stations and 7 sections, starting from Maozhutang Station (excluding) and ending at Datuopu Station. The project is divided into three bid sections.
(I) Bidding scope of the first bid section: the bidding content of this bid section is from Maozhutang Station (excluding) to Changsha University of Science and Technology Station (excluding), 2 stations and 3 sections, including civil engineering, mechanical and electrical equipment installation engineering and decoration engineering.
1. Specific works include but are not limited to:
(1) civil works of the main body and ancillary works of the station within the above scope (including entrances and exits, wind pavilions, vertical elevators, fire elevators, smoke exhaust wells, fire pools, cooling tower foundations, etc.). It also includes civil works reserved for subsequent development, reserved and embedded works for decoration, embedded parts for mechanical and electrical equipment, and reserved and embedded works for equipment foundation.
(2) The civil works of the main body of the section (including the turn-back line, the interface of the entrance and exit lines) and the ancillary (the connecting passage of the section, the waste water pump house, the end reinforcement, etc.) within the above scope, including the embedded parts of the mechanical and electrical equipment, the reserved and embedded works of the equipment foundation, etc.
(3) Procurement and installation of civil air defense works within the above scope (including procurement and installation of civil air defense partition doors at the air shaft of the parking line at the south end of Maozhutang Station).
(4) Three supplies and one leveling, temporary facilities, traffic relief, road restoration and transformation, pipeline relocation and transformation (including all relocation and transformation of drainage and 75841 and military cables), civil engineering and buried pipes of electric power within the above-mentioned scope. The specific scope is: air conditioning water chiller, air conditioning water pump, cooling tower, cabinet air conditioner, fan coil, dynamic balance electric two-way valve, electric butterfly valve, water treatment equipment, multi-split system, wind and water linkage energy-saving control system, online cleaning device in the ventilation and air conditioning system; environmental control electric control cabinet in the power lighting system; platform door system and other equipment.
(3) In order to realize the connection and operation of the Project and the existing Line 5 Phase I Project, the necessary transformation and upgrading of the existing Line 5 and its connection with the existing line and the transfer station and other related work and services shall be carried out.
