On June 26, Lei Zhenbin, secretary and chairman of the Party Committee of Yufeng Group, went deep into Yufeng, Liuzhou, to carry out on-the-spot supervision and inspection of production safety.
Lei Zhenbin went to the construction site of SCR technical renovation project of Yufeng Line 2 # in Liuzhou and the 175 # platform of limestone mine to check the implementation of safety management measures at the construction site and supervise the work of resuming production after the earthquake. In view of the current severe situation of safe production, flood control, and disaster prevention, Lei Zhenbin put forward three requirements for grasping the key work of safety in the next stage:
First, strictly grasp the work of safety prevention in the flood season. At present, it has entered the main flood season, with frequent heavy rainfall and severe convective weather. Each secondary subsidiary company should strictly implement the company's flood control work deployment, comprehensively carry out pull-net investigation and remediation of potential safety hazards, revise and improve the flood control contingency plan and regularly organize practical drills, fully reserve flood control and emergency materials, build a strong flood season safety defense line in an all-round way, and fully guarantee the safety of flood season.
The second is to continuously strengthen the whole process control of relevant parties. We will further promote the special safety rectification and promotion actions of relevant parties, and compact the safety management responsibilities of outsourcing units. It is necessary to strictly control the qualification access audit, strengthen on-site safety supervision and dynamic assessment, and curb the risk of safety accidents from the source.
Third, we should steadily promote the resumption of work and production of mines after the earthquake. After the earthquake, all kinds of potential safety hazards such as slopes, stopes, facilities and equipment in the mining area were thoroughly and meticulously investigated, and the closed-loop rectification was implemented one by one. We should take the initiative to dock with the local authorities, coordinate and solve the difficulties of resumption of work, strictly implement the acceptance process of resumption of work, and realize the safe and orderly resumption of production in mines.
Lei Zhenbin also visited and consoled the staff of the temporary office in Yufeng, Liuzhou, to understand their working and living conditions in detail, urged them to pay attention to the combination of work and rest, strengthen their own safety protection, and encouraged them to strengthen their confidence and go all out to grasp the work of resuming production with a stricter and more practical style.
