In recent years, Huaikan South has always adhered to the concept of ecological priority development, strictly implemented the national and cement industry's ultra-low emission related work deployment, coordinated the whole process of environmental protection upgrading and transformation, and protected the blue sky and white clouds with practical actions. In the organized emission control, the kiln tail of the three clinker production lines of the enterprise adopts the combined denitrification technology of "low nitrogen combustion + graded combustion of decomposition furnace + SNCR + SCR", and the concentration of waste gas pollutants at all emission outlets reaches the ultra-low emission limit standard. In the aspect of unorganized emission control, through the measures of material shed closure, belt corridor closure, spray dust suppression and dust removal facilities upgrading, the enterprise realizes that there is no visible dust overflow at material storage, transportation and production process points, and the factory area is kept clean and dust-free. In the clean transportation sector, the enterprise has built more than 20 kilometers of closed belt corridors, and all clinker is transported through the corridors, which greatly reduces the dust pollution caused by road transportation. Except for the belt corridor transportation, the other raw materials and fuels entering the plant are transported by new energy trucks and vehicles with the sixth national emission standard, and the proportion of clean transportation has always remained high; All non-road mobile machinery in the plant is electrified to reduce exhaust emissions from the source. Enterprises synchronously build an environmental management and control platform integrating monitoring and control, early warning linkage and comprehensive display functions to realize real-time collection and dynamic management and control of environmental protection data of the whole plant, enhance environmental governance capacity by digital means, and ensure long-term stable discharge of various pollutants.
