On August 5, * ST Yijing announced that its holding subsidiary, Changzhou Yijing Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Changzhou Yijing"), had recently received two cases, namely, (2026) Henan 0105 29935 Case and (2026) Su 0413 7886 Case.
The above two cases are related . The core dispute involved in the case is the aftercare of the goods won in the Photovoltaic Module Sales Contract signed by China Railway Seventh Bureau Group Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "China Railway Seventh Bureau Electrical Engineering Co., Ltd.") and Changzhou Yijing 2022.
The announcement shows that in 2022, China Railway Seventh Bureau Electricity Company signed the Photovoltaic Module Sales Contract with Changzhou Yijing. During the performance of the contract, China Railway Seventh Bureau Electric Company paid Changzhou Yijing for goods and advance payment, and Changzhou Yijing supplied goods according to the contract and issued all invoices corresponding to the payment for goods at that time as required. In March
2024, China Railway Seventh Bureau Electricity Company sent a letter to unilaterally terminate the contract due to the owner's reasons, confirming that the total payment for goods was 81,758,442.75 yuan, and voluntarily requested to refund the balance of 790,229.25 yuan after deducting the advance payment and the payment for goods.
After that, the two parties failed to communicate on matters such as the continued performance of the above contract, the refund of the balance, and the red offset of the invoice. Because China Railway Seventh Bureau Electric Company refused to cooperate with the red offset of the invoice, the two parties could not reach an agreement on the price calculation method of the subject matter of the return, so the two parties sued the court separately.
Among them, in the case of (2026) Henan 0105 29935 in the early Republic of China, the plaintiff is China Railway Seventh Bureau Electricity Company and the defendant is Changzhou Yijing.
China Railway Seventh Bureau Electrical Company filed a lawsuit with the People's Court of Jinshui District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. Request to order Changzhou Yijing to return the surplus advance payment of 22,847,206.22 yuan and bear the liquidated damages of 776,800 yuan for overdue return of advance payment; At the same time, it requested that Changzhou Yijing be ordered to pay liquidated damages of 56,415.17 yuan for overdue supply.
Changzhou Yijing also sued China Railway Seventh Bureau Electricity Company and China Railway Seventh Bureau, with the case number of (2026) Su 0413 No.7886 at the beginning of the Republic of China. Changzhou Yijing filed a lawsuit to the People's Court of Jintan District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, requesting the above-mentioned Electricity Company of China Railway Seventh Bureau to complete the tax red offset of the value-added tax invoice of 38,241,557.25 yuan corresponding to the goods not delivered. Otherwise, it shall compensate for the refundable tax loss of 4,399,471.19 yuan ; at the same time, it requests to order China Railway No.7 Engineering Group Co., Ltd. to assume joint and several liability for the above claims. Both
cases are currently in full court session. The case No. (2026) Yu 0105 29935 at the beginning of the Republic of China is in the trial stage of the first instance; the case No. (2026) Su 0413 at the beginning of the Republic of China is in the filing stage of the first instance.
