Com was informed that on April 27, The tender announcement of the public bidding project for the procurement of photovoltaic modules for the 130 MW fishing-photovoltaic complementary photovoltaic power station project in Xinghua Bay, Guoneng Hanjiang, Putian Company, Fujian Company, was issued. The tenderer is Guoneng (Putian) New Energy Co., Ltd .
The EPC project is located in the sea area under the jurisdiction of Sanjiangkou Town, Hanjiang District, Putian City, Fujian Province. It is developed in the fishing-photovoltaic complementary mode. It is planned to build a photovoltaic power station (DC side installed capacity of 156.0104 MWp, AC side capacity of 130 MW). It is constructed in the way of "full access to the Internet".
Now the photovoltaic modules used in this project are invited for public bidding, and the 650Wp double-sided double-glass single crystal battery module 240016 block (in which the 32186 block is used as logo with black frame. The color number is -RAL 9005: Jet Black).
The bidding scope also includes the supply, factory test, packaging, insurance, transportation, training, guidance and installation of photovoltaic modules and their supporting components, such as serial plugs, C-shaped short connection wires, supporting spare parts and special tools and instruments, as well as the completion of project scheme optimization, on-site commissioning and testing.
This tender requires the tenderee to complete the batch preparation within one month after the contract is signed, the specific supply time and quantity shall be subject to the written notice of the tenderee, and the preparation shall be completed within 15 days after receiving the supply notice of the tenderee. No matter whether the tenderee pays the advance payment and the payment for goods, the goods preparation and production scheduling shall be carried out immediately after receiving the supply notice from the tenderee, and the conditions for the arrival of the goods shall be met within 15 days.
The Contractor shall, within 7 calendar days after receiving the supply notice from the Employer, deliver the corresponding batch of photovoltaic modules (each batch is about 20 MWp) to the construction site of Guoneng Hanjiang Xinghua Bay 130MW Fishing-photovoltaic Complementary Power Station in Sanjiangkou Town, Hanjiang District, Putian City. In terms of
performance, this tender requires bidders to have at least two supply contracts of 640Wp and above for a single contract of 100MWp and above for double-sided double-glass monocrystalline battery modules from May 2021 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of contract signing). Consortium bidding is not accepted for
this project . The
bidding documents shall be obtained from 9:00 on April 28 , 2026 to 16:00 on May 6, 2026. The deadline for submission of
bidding documents and the time for bid opening are 16:00 on May 18, 2026.
