On April 28, the Liaoning Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology issued the Notice on the Demolition of the 2500 Tons Per Day Cement Clinker Production Line of Liaoning Shanshui Gongyuan Cement Co., Ltd.
In accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's original [2024] 206), in October and November 2025. Liaoning Provincial Office of Industry and Information Technology has announced the replacement plan for the 5000 tons per day cement clinker production line project of Dalian Shanshui Cement Co., Ltd. and the 6000 tons per day cement clinker production line project of Liaoning Shanshui Gongyuan Cement Co., Ltd. Experts organized by the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology conducted on-site verification and acceptance of the demolition of the production line with a daily output of 2500 tons of Liaoning Shanshui Gongyuan Cement Co., Ltd. and confirmed that the production line had been demolished and did not have the conditions to resume production.
