Among them, the Pre-A1 round of financing is led by Qifu Capital, and is jointly invested by Beijing Capital Science and Technology Development Group Investment Management Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Capital Development Venture Capital"), Yuntai Capital and Hengshun Investment; the Pre-A2 round of financing is additionally invested by Yuntai Capital and Hengshun Investment, and is jointly invested by Industrial Capital.
Shuowei Optoelectronics said, "This financing will further consolidate the company's first-mover advantage in the field of space photovoltaic, accelerate the ground verification of the new generation of perovskite battery technology and the iteration of product-level space carrying." According to
public information, Beijing Shuowei Photoelectric Technology Co., Ltd. was established in April 2023, and its legal representative is Ye Fengjun. The company focuses on the research and development of perovskite space photovoltaic cell chips and solar wing products, and has launched space-grade perovskite cell chips and "Yuxi Tianyuan" rigid perovskite solar wings.

At the same time, Shuowei Optoelectronics has established in-depth cooperation with Shanghai Institute of Space Power Supply (the 811th Research Institute of the Eighth Research Institute of China Aerospace Science and Technology Group). As the only enterprise, Northwest Polytechnic University and Shanghai Jiaotong University jointly build the Flexible Photovoltaic Joint Laboratory of the National Key Laboratory of Space Power Supply.
Shuowei Optoelectronics said that the company will start the normal carrying test in 2026, and is expected to complete more than 10 satellites in the year, accelerating the large-scale delivery and application process of perovskite solar wings.
