On October 29, CITIC Bo announced that Zhi Weimin, the former core technician of the company, had agreed to terminate the labor relationship with the company for personal reasons, and had now gone through the formalities of resignation and formally resigned. After his resignation, Mr. Zhi Weimin will no longer hold any position in the Company.
As of June 30, 2026, the company has 295 R & D personnel, accounting for 13.67% of the total number of employees. After the departure of Zhi Weimin, the core technicians of CITIC Bo were adjusted to Yang Ying, Wang Minjie, Zhang Chunqing, Li Hongjun and Peng Wenhua.
Earlier, on October 28, CITIC Bo disclosed its third quarter report for 2026. In the first three quarters, the Company realized an operating income of RMB 5.309 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 1.28%; the net profit attributable to the parent company was RMB -190 million , a year-on-year decrease of 256.43% ; Net profit after deduction was-206 million yuan , down 299.35% year on year.
In the third quarter, the company achieved a total operating income of 2.398 billion yuan, an increase of 78.77% over the same period last year; the net profit attributable to the parent company was about 14 million yuan; the net profit deducted from the non-parent company was about 5 million yuan. By the end of the third quarter of 2026, the net cash flow generated by the company's operating activities was -249 million yuan .
