Recently, Luoyang Specialized New Enterprise Development Association organized representatives of member enterprises in its jurisdiction to carry out special observation and study in Tianrui Zhengzhou Cement to exchange advanced experience in intelligent manufacturing and digital management and control. Subsequently, the technical team of the Ministry of Safety Production carried out on-site demonstration of digital management platform, showing one by one the integrated platform of collaborative office, online intelligent diagnosis system of equipment failure, dual prevention and control system of safety production, integrated management platform of intelligent mine, intelligent energy monitoring and control system, and unattended automation in the factory area. The operation logic, operation process and application value of each system are explained in detail. During the
observation and exchange period, the representatives of the visiting enterprises conducted in-depth discussions with the company's technical personnel on issues such as digital system construction, intelligent equipment operation and maintenance, safety digital management and control, and energy intelligent management, combining with the difficulties in the process of their own digital upgrading.
