Recently, Dalian Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment issued Notice No.1 of 2026, officially announcing the results of enterprise environmental credit evaluation in 2025. The evaluation was organized and implemented in strict accordance with the provisions of the Management Measures for Environmental Credit Evaluation of Enterprises in Liaoning Province (Liao Huan Fa [2022] No.20). A total of 2592 enterprises in Dalian participated in the evaluation, and Dalian Tianrui Cement was awarded "Environmental Credit Trustworthy Enterprise". In accordance with the Measures for the Management of Enterprise Environmental Credit Assessment in Liaoning Province,
Dalian Tianrui Cement has conducted self-examination and self-correction on the six core sectors of credit assessment, including pollutant discharge, operation and management of environmental protection facilities, self-monitoring and online monitoring, solid waste management, environmental risk management and environmental administrative penalty records. Grasp the waste gas treatment and online monitoring and management, all kinds of pollutants throughout the year long-term stable standards, no excessive emissions. No record of environmental administrative penalties was recorded throughout the year, and no unexpected environmental incidents occurred. Strictly implement the self-monitoring system, regularly carry out manual comparison and monitoring, improve the environmental protection account, operation and maintenance records, emission permit execution account, and keep complete environmental protection files.
