The content shows that the administrative committee of Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, in combination with the feedback from the public announcement of the administrative license for environmental impact assessment of the project, and on the premise that the site selection of the project conforms to the overall urban planning of Yangzhou City, the development planning of Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the land use planning, the administrative committee of Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, the administrative department of Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, the administrative department of Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, and the administrative department of Yangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. The evaluation conclusion of the Report is agreed in principle.

2025, the first environmental impact assessment of the project will be conducted; on November 25, 2025, the second public announcement of the environmental impact assessment will be conducted . After the completion of the
renovation, The product scale of the whole plant can reach 13225MW/year of TOPCon generation solar cells . TOPCon second generation solar cell 575MW/year , TBC solar cell 200MW/year .
In addition, on April 7, Atlas released a record of investor relations activities, disclosing the progress of photovoltaic factories in the United States.
Atlas said that its Texas component plant has achieved full ramp production . The annual output operation capacity exceeds 5G W . The HJT battery plant in Jeffersonville, Indiana , is also under construction .
