Guests at the ceremony
Anxian CUCC Ltd., a unit of one of CNBM's three cement subsidiaries----China United Cement Company (CUCC), commissioned its 4500tpd cement clinker production line last Saturday in Anxian County, Sichuan Province.
Anxian project is CUCC's second cement production line in Wenchuan Earthquake stricken zone after CUCC Beichuan 4800tpd cement clinker production line.
Mr. Lei Qianzhi, head of China Cement Association, Mr. Song Zhiping, Board Chairman of CNBM Group, Mr. Lv Guixin, Chief of Building Materials Section of MIIT, Mr. Cao Jianglin, Director of CNBM Ltd., and Mr. Cui Xingtai, Board Chairman of CUCC presented themselves at the ceremony. Mr. Shao Jun, CEO of China Cement Net was also asked to witness this activity.
Anxian CUCC is a joint venture set up by CUCC and Sichuan Anxian Fushan Cement Ltd.. This facility, with a total investment of 720 million yuan, is expected to produce 2 million tons of cement every year.
