Anhui Conch Cement Company Ltd (HKG:0914) announced that on July 28, 2009 it completed the transfer of ownership of 203,828,265 Company's A shares (representing approximately 11.54% of the Company's total issued shares) held by Ping An Trust & Investment Co., Ltd. (Ping An Trust) as a result of an arbitration award.

The shares held by Ping An Trust were transferred as legal settlement of the relevant amount of debts owed by Anhui Conch Venture Investment Company Limited to Ping An Trust.
