On July 3, China Datang Group Co., Ltd. announced the successful candidate for the procurement of photovoltaic module framework in 2026-2027.
The project issued a tender announcement on May 8, 2026, which is divided into three bid sections, with a total frame mining capacity of 11 GW, of which the first bid section plans to purchase 6 GW TOPCon components; 1GW HJT components are planned to be purchased in Bid Section II; 4GW BC components are planned to be purchased in Bid Section III. A total of 15 component enterprises were shortlisted
in this frame mining. Among them, TCL Zhonghuan, Gaojing Solar Energy and Huayao Optoelectronics were all shortlisted in the first bid section of TOPCon components and the third bid section of BC components.
In the first TOPCon component of the bid section, the highest bidding unit price is 0.8 yuan/W , which is quoted by Jingke Energy . The lowest bidding unit price is 0.705 yuan/W , which is quoted by Huayao Optoelectronics. The bidding unit price of HJT components in the second
bid section is between 0.741 yuan/W and 0.772 yuan/W. The highest quotation of BC components in the third
bid section is 0.812 yuan/W , which is quoted by Aixu shares, and the lowest price is 0.79 yuan/W . Issued by TCL Central and Huayao Optoelectronics.
It is noteworthy that only three of the 15 candidates in the three bidding sections offer no less than 0.8 yuan/W. Only Jinko offers 0.8 yuan/W for TOPCon components, and the rest of the unit prices are 0.7x yuan/W; HJT component offers are all in the 0.7x range ; Two of the five BC component enterprises quoted below 0.8 yuan/W.
