On June 26, the Administrative Examination and Approval Service Administration of Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, accepted the environmental impact report form of yuanping Energy Transformation and Ecological Governance Scenery Demonstration Base ( Phase I 400000 kW Photovoltaic ) Project.

It is understood that the yuanping Energy Transformation and Ecological Governance Scenery Demonstration Base Project is located in the townships of yuanping City, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, with a planned total installed capacity of 1 million kilowatts . It is divided into the first phase of 400000 photovoltaic power generation projects, the second phase of 300000 kilowatt photovoltaic power generation projects and the third phase of 300000 kilowatt wind power projects. One 220kV booster station will be built in Phase
I and Phase II respectively. After collecting 700,000kW wind power and photovoltaic projects, one 220kV line will be connected to the 220kV side of Xinzhou North 500kV Substation. A new 220kV booster station will be built in the third phase, and a 220kV line will be connected to the system after collecting 300000 kilowatts of wind power photovoltaic projects. This is only for the first phase of 400000 photovoltaic power generation , and this phase of the project is a new project.
This project is constructed by Huadian (yuanping) New Energy Co., Ltd ., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanxi Branch of Huadian New Energy Group Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 1247 million yuan . The installed capacity of the project is 400 MW, and the main construction contents include photovoltaic array, inverter system and box transformer system, collector line, road works, 220kV booster station, etc.

The photovoltaic field of the project is located in Daniudian Town and Dalin Township, yuanping City, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, and the booster station is located 1065 m southeast of Shanglijing Village, Daniudian Town, yuanping City, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province.
The project plans to plan 109 PV arrays, consisting of 108 PV sub-arrays with a capacity of 3.68 MW and 1 PV sub-array with a capacity of 2.76 MW. The PV modules shall be N-type BC 650Wp double-sided double-glass monocrystalline silicon modules, and the total number of modules shall be 738600.
In addition, the PV field is equipped with 108 box-type transformers with a capacity of 3.68 MVA, one box-type transformer with a capacity of 2.76 MVA, and 870 460 kW string inverters . The construction period of this
project is 12 months .
