On October 27, the Danyang Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province, issued a public announcement on the acceptance of the EIA document of "Changxia Clean Energy (Danyang) Co., Ltd. 'S new 100m W fishing-photovoltaic hybrid power generation project in Lingkou Town, Danyang City (re-approval)".
According to the document, the project plans to use the space above the pond in Caotang Village, Zheliu Village, Juzhuang Village, Xuzhuang Village, Chengshu Village, Zhengdian Village, Xinling Village and other areas in Lingkou Town, Danyang City to set up photovoltaic stations, which are scattered in Lingkou Town. Changxia Clean Energy (Danyang) Co., Ltd. is responsible for the construction of the
project, with a construction scale of 100MW (AC side) and an installed capacity of about 130MW on the DC side. It is planned to adopt the scheme of block power generation and centralized grid connection. Among them, the photovoltaic array of the project is planned to select N-type monocrystalline single-sided half 580Wp module 172432 block, totaling 100.00 MW; the inverter is selected with single unit power not less than 320kW string inverter , totaling 312 sets.
It is noteworthy that the project is a major change and re-approval project. Previously, in March 2026, the EIA report of the project had been approved by the local ecological environment department. However, due to the planning adjustment of the local government, the site selection of the photovoltaic station of the project has been adjusted, resulting in the change of the general layout of the project, resulting in the increase of adverse environmental impact, which is a major change and needs to be re-submitted for approval of the ecological environmental assessment procedures.
At present, the project has not been constructed, and there is no original environmental pollution and ecological damage. The total investment of
the project is 500 million yuan, and the construction time is estimated to be 12 months, including 2 months of preparation and 10 months of construction.
