On July 28, the EPC general contracting project of Zhangfa New Energy Zhangpu Saltworks 40 MW onshore fishing-photovoltaic complementary photovoltaic power station was tendered publicly.
According to the announcement, the owner of the project is Zhangpu Branch of Fujian Zhangfa New Energy Investment Co., Ltd. The photovoltaic power station is planned to be built in Zhangpu Saltworks, Zhangpu County, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, with a planned construction capacity of 40 MW (52 MWp on the DC side) and an area of about 460 mu. The general contracting of design, procurement and construction of this
bidding project is a turnkey project, and the scope of bidding includes all the contents of survey, design, procurement and construction of various systems and supporting projects of this project. Including but not limited to: EPC general contracting engineering survey, design (including preliminary design, construction drawing design and project design cooperation services), equipment and material procurement, pile foundation, construction and installation, construction site leveling, standardization of safety facilities, etc.
The project is planned to complete full capacity grid-connected power generation within 90 calendar days from the date of signing the contract, including 20 calendar days for GIS equipment power outage transformation. In terms of
performance, this tender requires independent bidders or consortium leaders since January 1, 2023. General contracting performance of fishing-photovoltaic complementary power generation projects with a construction capacity of not less than 40 MW completed within the territory of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). Consortium bidding is accepted for
this bidding project . In case of consortium bidding, there shall be no more than three members of the consortium, and the designer suitable for the bidding project shall be the leader of the consortium. The parties to the consortium shall have the corresponding qualifications for the contracting contents of the bidding project undertaken by them: if the consortium is composed of professional units undertaking the same contracting contents, the qualification level shall be determined according to the unit with the lower qualification level. The
bidding documents shall be obtained before 09:00 on August 20 , 2026. The deadline for
bidding is 09:00 on August 20, 2026.
