On September 7, Fujian Development and Reform Commission issued the "2026 Annual Development and Construction Plan for Photovoltaic Power Stations in Fujian Province", and 92 photovoltaic power station projects were selected, with a total scale of 7781.2m W .
According to the announcement, 60 photovoltaic projects are included in the development and construction plan, with a total scale of 3436.2m W . Among them, the largest one is the 300MW onshore fishing-photovoltaic complementary photovoltaic power station of Huaneng Group Shaowu Weimin. From the perspective of
project owners, Huadian Group has the largest number of projects listed in this scheme, with a total of 17 projects and a total scale of 853.2 MW; followed by Datang Group , which has 11 projects listed in this scheme, with a total scale of 635 MW.
From the perspective of project types, the 60 photovoltaic projects included in this scheme cover five types: land fishing-photovoltaic complementary, roof photovoltaic , offshore fishing-photovoltaic complementary, other photovoltaic power stations in temperature and drainage areas. The
details are shown in the following table:
It is worth noting that, in addition to the 60 projects listed in the development and construction plan, another 32 projects meet the construction conditions, but are included in the reserve due to the recent difficulties in power grid consumption. The total size is 4345 MW .
Among them, the largest single photovoltaic project is 400 MW , including 4 projects. The
four projects are: 400MW Wind-Solar Photovoltaic Power Station (Phase II) of Changle Offshore Wind Farm Area Project of Three Gorges Group, and 400MW Onshore Fishing-Solar Complementary Photovoltaic Power Station of Huian Dongqiao of National Energy Group. State Power Investment Group Chengfeng Reclamation 400MW Offshore Fishery Photovoltaic Power Station, Three Gorges Group Xiuyu Pinghai Bay Offshore Wind Farm DE Area 400MW Wind and Solar Photovoltaic Power Station (Phase I).
The project owners include Datang Group, National Energy Group, State Power Investment Corporation, Huaneng Group , etc.
