It is worth noting that the above projects are all new energy projects planned to support the Lianghekou Hybrid Pumped Storage Power Station .
Among them, Ganzi Yajiang Kola Phase III (Block 4) photovoltaic power generation project has a planned scale of 2.1 million kilowatts, and 2 million kilowatts have been developed in the early stage, which is a complementary development project of water and light in the two rivers, namely Kola Phase I and Kola Phase II photovoltaic power generation projects. The proposed development scale is 100000 kilowatts . In terms of
qualification, this declaration requires the applicant (the leading unit of the consortium enterprise) to have the qualification of clean energy development, and the installed capacity of photovoltaic power plants built and under construction in China should not be less than 500000 kilowatt s .
It is worth noting that the applicant who has passed the examination of the registration qualification needs to pay a deposit of 800000 yuan in cash.

According to the announcement, enterprises can declare separately or form a consortium to declare . The reporting entity (the member unit of the consortium) must obtain the legal and valid written authorization from the headquarters of the group company (the parent company at the highest level). A consortium agreement shall be signed to clarify the rights and obligations of the leading party and members of the consortium before the declaration. The registration time for
