The announcement showed that the bidding for the project failed because there were less than three qualified bidders who passed the preliminary examination.
It is noteworthy that the project component equipment procurement tender has issued three change announcements before.
On January 6 , the tenderer, Jiangsu Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Energy Construction Group, announced that. The bid closing/opening time of the project will be postponed from 9:30 on January 15 to 9:30 on January 22; On January 16 , the tenderee announced for the second time that the bid closing and opening time would be postponed , and the specific time was to be determined; On March 9 , the tenderee announced that the closing/opening time of the project would be adjusted to 9:30 on March 13.
It is understood that the project is funded by the owner of China-Guangzhou Nuclear New Energy Yancheng Co., Ltd. and the construction scale is 260 MWp on the DC side. This bidding project is divided into one bid section, and the name of this bidding section is component equipment.
It should be noted that this tender requires bidders to have at least one contract case with a module capacity of 80MW or more in the past four years (from January 1, 2022 to the deadline for submission of tender documents). In terms of
construction period, the project was originally planned to be connected to the grid with full capacity on December 30, 2026.
