According to foreign media reports, Agastya Energy, a unit of the Anubhav Agarwal Group, plans to build a joint venture at Orvakal in Kurnoo, Andhra Pradesh, India, A silicon ingot and wafer manufacturing plant will be built in the industrial zone, with a proposed investment of INR 78 billion (about RMB 5.5 billion, 1 RMB ≈ INR 14.2).

It is reported that the factory will have 12 GW silicon ingot and silicon wafer manufacturing capacity respectively, and form a complete set of photovoltaic cell and module manufacturing business in the above company's planning. Piyush Bichhoriya, director

The plant is planned to adopt TOPC on double-sided technology, covering an area of about 120 acres (about 728.43 acres), and will be constructed in two phases, with 2G W battery and module production capacity in the first phase.
