The mechanism electricity price is 0.1954 yuan/kWh , and 61 projects have won the bid.
According to the announcement of the 2025 annual incremental new energy project mechanism electricity bidding organization published by Gansu, Gansu will organize new energy bidding in two batches in 2025. The first batch is the new energy projects that have been put into operation and planned to be put into operation from June 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. The second batch is new energy projects that have been put into operation and planned to be put into operation from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 and have not been included in the implementation scope of the mechanism. In terms of the scale of
annual mechanism electricity, the first batch of bidding projects included 830 million kilowatt-hours of electricity within the scope of the mechanism. The second batch of bidding projects included 1.52 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity within the scope of the mechanism. The upper and lower limits of the
first and second batches of bidding are the same, the upper limit of bidding is 0.2447 yuan/kWh, and the lower limit of bidding is 0.1954 yuan/kWh. The implementation period is 12 years.
It can be seen that the final bidding result mechanism price of 61 projects is 0.1954 yuan/kWh at the lower limit of the bidding interval.
