Jiangxi Province promotes the market-oriented reform of new energy grid price and solicits public opinions until September 14, 2025, aiming at implementing national policies, improving the price mechanism of new energy and promoting the high-quality development of new energy.

In order to implement the requirements of the Circular of the State Energy Administration of the National Development and Reform Commission on Deepening the Market-oriented Reform of New Energy Grid Tariff and Promoting the High-quality Development of New Energy (Development and Reform Price [2025] 136), and in light of the actual situation of our province. The Commission has drafted the Implementation Plan for the Market-oriented Reform of New Energy On-grid Tariff in Jiangxi Province (Draft for Comments), the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of Price Bidding for Incremental New Energy Projects in Jiangxi Province (Draft for Comments) and the Detailed Rules for the Price Difference Settlement Mechanism for Sustainable Development of New Energy in Jiangxi Province (Draft for Comments). It is now open to the public for comments. The deadline for feedback is September 14, 2025.
