It is reported that the project is located in Guangyang Village and Erdu Village, Taiping Lake Town, Huangshan District, Huangshan City, Anhui Province. By using 635Wp monocrystalline silicon PV modules and fixed 20 ° tilt angle installation mode, the planned installed capacity is 120 MW, the actual installed capacity of DC side is 144. 00022 MWp, and the installed capacity of AC side is 120 MW. It is designed according to the overall scheme of "block power generation and centralized grid connection", connected to the 35 kW side of the new 220kV booster station of the project, and connected to the 220 kV side bay of the laneway substation through the 220kV line.
The bidding documents clearly indicate that this project is a turnkey project of EPC general contracting. The work contents and related costs involved in the design of the project, handling of compliance certificates, construction, procurement of equipment and materials, completion and commissioning, project inspection, file acceptance, completion settlement, power quality supervision acceptance, quality supervision acceptance of local functional departments, acceptance of other projects, special acceptance, overall completion acceptance, and coordination with the grid connection formalities of the project are all within the scope of work of the bidder. The planned construction period of
the project is 505 calendar days, the planned start date of work is November 10, 2025, the planned start time of construction preparation is November 20, 2025, the planned date of grid-connected power generation of the first batch of photovoltaic arrays is September 30, 2026, and the planned date of grid-connected power generation of all photovoltaic arrays is November 30, 2026. The planned date of completion and acceptance is December 30, 2026, and the planned date of handover and production is March 30, 2027. In terms of the performance requirements of the
project for the bidder, the bidder is required to have one EPC general contracting project of 100MW and above photovoltaic power generation projects (including 220kV and above booster stations) in the past five years (from January 1, 2020 to October 1, 2025), and to have clear qualification requirements for key personnel. The deadline for
bidding is 9:00 on November 7, 2025. Consortium bidding is not accepted
in this tender.
