10 September, The Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, issued a public announcement on the acceptance of the environmental impact assessment of two photovoltaic projects , namely, the major changes in the first phase of the Linguang Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Project at Xinwei Station in Xintian County and the major changes in the second phase of the Linguang Complementary Photovoltaic Power Generation Project at Xinwei Station in Xintian County.
It is reported that the construction units of the two photovoltaic projects are Datang Huayin Xintian New Energy Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary of Datang Group; the two projects are expected to start construction in October 2025 and be completed in April 2026, with a construction period of 7 months. The

in Xintian County shows that the project is located in Xinwei Town, Xintian County, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, and is a major change re-approval project. After
this change, 83.7731 hectares (1256.6 mu) of grassland are temporarily used in the project, the land area is 14.9087 hectares less than that before the change, the total investment is still 313.67 million yuan, and the overall planned installed capacity of the project is still 60 MW. 109,620 monocrystalline silicon PV modules with a single capacity of 715 Wp are used, and the actual installed capacity is 78.3783 MWp. According to the

in Xintian County, the project is located in Sanjing Town and Taoling Town, Xinwei Town, Xintian County, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province, and is a major change re-approval project. After
this change, 128.2339 hectares (1923.51 mu) of grassland are temporarily used in the project, the land area is reduced by 13.4961 hectares compared with that before the change, the total investment is changed from 451 million yuan to 0.41 million yuan 32573, and the overall planned installed capacity of the project is still 90 MW. There are 140,000 monocrystalline silicon PV modules with a single capacity of 715 Wp, and the actual installed capacity is 100.1M Wp.
