Publicity information shows that the Development and Reform Commission of Wuzhong City, Ningxia, organized the competitive allocation of new energy projects in Wuzhong City in 2025, and finally 20 projects (a total of 6 million kilowatts) were approved by the autonomous region. However, the 200,000-kilowatt photovoltaic composite project in Lijigou, Yanchi County, and the 150,000-kilowatt photovoltaic composite project in Maozhaizi, Yanchi County, China Nuclear Power Corporation have withdrawn a total of 350,000 kilowatts due to the application of the original declaration unit for abandoning the project construction. Wuzhong Municipal Development and Reform Commission organized the re-declaration work, and finally the photovoltaic composite project of CGN 350000 kW Green Power Park was selected.

In February 2025, the Commission issued the Development and Construction Plan for New Energy Projects in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region in 2025 in accordance with the Development and Reform Commission of the Autonomous Region. According to the requirements of the Notice (Ningfa Reform Energy (Development) [2025] No.36), the competitive allocation of guaranteed grid-connected new energy projects in Wuzhong City in 2025 was organized, and finally 20 projects (6 million kilowatts in total) were approved for construction through the review of the autonomous region. At present, Lijigou 200MW Photovoltaic Composite Project in Yanchi County and Maozhaizi 150MW Photovoltaic Composite Project in Yanchi County apply to abandon the project construction, with a total withdrawal index of 350000 kW. After the declaration project is determined, relevant experts and relevant departments directly under the municipal government are invited to carry out the evaluation work.
