The bidder is the Development and Reform Bureau of Luquan Yi and Miao Autonomous County, Kunming City, Yunnan Province.
According to the tender announcement, the total installed capacity of the above three photovoltaic projects is 320MW . Among them, the capacity of Jiangtou Village Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is 90 MW, the capacity of Dahaizi Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is 150 MW, and the capacity of Chahe Photovoltaic Power Generation Project is 80 MW. The scope of this
allocation is the fund raising, project construction and project operation management of the above projects. Among them, the construction funds are raised by the selected main body. At the same time, the operation and maintenance income after the completion and operation of the project also has the selected main body to operate independently and be responsible for its own profits and losses.
The bidding cooperation period is 25 years, requiring the candidates to have good financial status, business reputation, and no major illegal records in the three years before the competition. During the development of photovoltaic power generation projects, there are no cases of malicious arrears of wages of migrant workers, reselling of annual construction indicators, occurrence of major and above safety accidents, which are listed as key concerns or ordered to rectify.
