On the raw material side, the purity control and batch consistency of perovskite precursor solution directly determine the quality of continuous film formation; on the equipment side, the core processes such as large-area continuous coating, high-precision laser scribing and highly reliable packaging not only require the performance of a single equipment to meet the standards, but also test the seamless connection and production linkage of the whole line interface; At the process end, with the acceleration of production rhythm, the crystallization control, defect passivation and interface engineering of large area films must be precisely controlled. Xiexin Optoelectronics continued to tackle the key problems around the collaborative adaptation of these three links, and finally strung the single-point verification into a complete manufacturing chain. After the completion of the

whole line, the focus of Xiexin Optoelectronics has been fully shifted to stable production and yield climbing. The continuous operation stability of the equipment, the yield of the whole line, the material utilization rate and the unit manufacturing cost constitute the most important assessment indicators at this stage. On the quality base, the company's perovskite single-junction module is the first 2-square-meter perovskite module in the industry to pass the third-party IEC 61215 certification and the first perovskite module to pass the three-fold stringent aging test. Perovskite-crystalline silicon stack components are also the first to obtain IEC 61215/IEC 61730 international double-standard certification. This not only provides an authoritative "safety bolt" for components delivered in batches, but also consolidates the reliability cornerstone for products to move towards large-scale outdoor demonstration.

At present, the company faces the traditional centralized power station and industrial and commercial roof and building photovoltaic integration (BIPV) market, and withdraws from the targeted perovskite-crystalline silicon laminated components.
