On February 10, Datang Group Sichuan Company issued a tender announcement for EPC general contracting bid 1 and bid 2 of Ganzi Daocheng Gatong Phase I Photovoltaic Power Generation Project. The owner of the project is Datang Group West Sichuan (Daocheng) New Energy Power Generation Co., Ltd.
The project is located in Daocheng County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province. The proposed photovoltaic installed capacity of the project is 200MW, equipped with 10% * 2 H energy storage system , and the installed capacity of the AC side of the photovoltaic power station is 200MW (234 MWp DC side capacity). A total of 61 3.245 MW PV arrays and one 2.1M W PV array are included. The fixed bracket operation mode is adopted, and the PV array ratio is 1.17. This project is connected to the 220kV switching station of Shuozhong Hydropower Station through a 220kV outgoing line, and sent to the Sichuan main network through the Shuozhong-Xiangcheng double-circuit line.
Among them, bid section 1 is the array design, procurement and construction of 28 photovoltaic power generation units from 35 # to 62 # with a total capacity of 90.86 MW at the AC side and 105.MWp (tentative) 94584 at the DC side, as well as the design, procurement and construction of a 220kV booster station (including energy storage system).
Lot 2 is the array design, procurement and construction of 34 photovoltaic power generation units from 1 # to 34 # with a total capacity of 109.15 MW on the AC side and 127.2726 MWp (tentative) on the DC side.
The project procurement does not include photovoltaic modules , inverters , box-type transformers, cables and other equipment and materials purchased by Datang Group and the tenderee. The planned commencement date of the
project is May 1, 2026; the planned time for the first batch of grid connection is December 31, 2026; the planned time for full capacity grid connection is March 31, 2027; The planned completion time is April 30, 2027, and the total construction period is 365 calendar days.
In terms of project enterprise performance requirements, the bidder is required to have two or more 50 MW (or MWp) and above (plain desert or mountain or water light (including sea) complementary or agricultural light (including forest light) complementary) photovoltaic power stations completed EPC general contracting performance in the past five years.
The proposed project manager must have the performance of one or more 50 MW (or MWp) and above (plain desert or mountain or water and solar (including sea) complementary or agriculture and solar (including forest and solar) complementary) photovoltaic power station completed construction general contracting or completed EPC general contracting project manager.
The project accepts consortium bidding and allows up to two units to form a joint venture. The deadline for
bidding is 09:00 on March 10, 2026.
