On March 4, the EPC general contracting project of the second phase of the 100000 kilowatt photovoltaic project in Qinshui County, Jincheng City, Shanxi Province was tendered publicly. The tenderer of the
project is Qinshui Yudean New Energy Co., Ltd . The project is located in Guxian Township, Qinshui County, Jincheng, Shanxi Province, and is a mountain photovoltaic power generation project. The
installed capacity at the AC side of this phase is 100MW (the capacity at the DC side is 118.MWp 75968). The electric energy generated by the photovoltaic module is boosted to 35kV through the inverter and the box-type substation, and then the electric energy generated by the photovoltaic module is collected through four 35kV lines and sent to the newly built 220kV booster station in the field. After being boosted by the 100MVA main transformer, it is connected to the 220kV busbar of Xiaoshan 220kV Substation of the State Grid for transmission and consumption through the self-built 220kV line. The length of the outgoing line is about 5.8km, and the booster station reserves four 220kV outgoing line intervals. The project is not equipped with energy storage . The scope of this
tender is EPC general contracting of this project. It includes all contents except production preparation (production training and advance mobilization of personnel, procurement of safety tools, furniture and household appliances in office and living areas), supervision, equipment supervision, formalities handled by the Employer and construction land transfer fees.
The project is scheduled to be connected to the grid with full capacity by September 30 , 2026.
This tender requires bidders to have at least one general contracting or construction performance of photovoltaic or wind power projects with an installed capacity of not less than 100MW from January 1, 2023 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of contract signing). Consortium bidding is not allowed for
this project . The
bidding documents will be obtained from 18:00 on March 4 , 2026 to 18:00 on March 9, 2026. Bid
closing/opening time is 9:00 on March 25, 2026.
