In order to ensure the implementation of the new standard on September 1 and standardize the operation process of cement fineness testing, Dalian Tianrui Cement Quality Control Department recently organized all inspectors to carry out special training on GB/T 1345-2026 "Cement Fineness Testing Method Sieve Analysis Method". The training was presided over by Liu Hongwei, Deputy Director of Quality Control Department. During the
training, Liu Hongwei combed the core revised contents one by one according to the old and new standards, and focused on interpreting the key adjustments of the new standard: deleting the manual screening analysis method, adding the requirements for controlling the room temperature and humidity of the experiment, optimizing the negative pressure interval of the negative pressure screen, modifying the number of retained digits of the results and the rules for determining the error of the parallel test. At the same time, the instrument requirements, sample weighing, operation steps and result calculation formulas of the two detection methods of negative pressure sieve analysis and water sieve are explained in detail one by one.
Combining with the daily testing scene of the laboratory, Liu Hongwei demonstrated the key points of the test sieve calibration, sample pretreatment, sieve analysis time, sieve residue weighing and other practical operations, clarified the new rigid requirements of the new standard for t esting environment, instrument calibration and data determination, and clarified the requirements of the new standard. It is emphasized that the relative humidity of the negative pressure sieve test environment should be controlled within 50%, and the parallel samples should be retested out of tolerance.
Trainers carefully record the key points and exchange and discuss the practical questions encountered in daily testing. Everyone said that the training will clarify the differences between the old standards, master all the operation specifications of the new standards, carry out cement fineness testing in strict accordance with GB/T 1345-2026, accurately control the inspection data, build a strong line of defense for cement quality testing, and ensure the smooth implementation of the new standards on September 1.
