the company organizes personnel to focus on inspecting key parts such as raw material storage yard, clinker warehouse , distribution room, cable trench, drainage pipe network, production workshop, fence, material greenhouse, etc., and further dredges drainage ditches inside and outside the plant. Measures should be taken to prevent rainwater backflow in low-lying areas, and problems such as water accumulation, equipment soaking and material erosion should be strictly prevented. At the same time, according to the emergency standards, flood control sandbags, pumps, emergency lighting, raincoats, shovels and other emergency materials should be equipped, stored at fixed points and kept by special personnel, and the pumping equipment should be tested and arranged in advance to ensure that it can be put into use at any time. 11th to the 12th, two days and one night of continuous heavy rainfall, the water in the factory area has been increasing, the water level has reached more than 60 centimeters, and the production and living areas have become a vast ocean. In order to remove the accumulated water and lower the water level as soon as possible, the general manager of the company led the team to repeatedly inspect the factory area in spite of the rainstorm, not letting go of every low-lying point and hidden danger mouth, and went back and forth many times to check the surrounding water regime and drainage ditch water potential, and scientifically judged the impact of the external water level on the company. In the wind and rain, the company worked together to dredge ditches, fill sandbags, maintain equipment, and protect the production and property safety of the factory area with responsibility and sweat.
In order to effectively drain the water, the company arranged to deploy 6 high-power and 13 low-power pumps to carry out 24-hour uninterrupted pumping and drainage operations, and tried its best to reduce the waterlogging water level.
