On September 12, China Electric Power Construction Fuzhou Nancheng County Lita Town Phase I 200MW p Photovoltaic Power Generation Project (hereinafter referred to as "Nancheng Project") issued a public tender announcement for EPC general contracting of agricultural-photovoltaic complementary project. The tenderer is Nancheng Zhongdianjian New Energy Co., Ltd.
According to the tender announcement, the project uses 2803 mu of land in the photovoltaic area of Nancheng project to implement the agricultural-photovoltaic complementary side of "power generation on the board and planting under the board" , and the grass (alfalfa) is planted under 12 plots in the photovoltaic area of Nancheng project. Water-saving micro-irrigation system will be built synchronously. The project is located near Liaofang Village, Ta Town, Nancheng County, Fuzhou, Jiangxi Province. The total construction period of the
project is planned to be 180 days. It is expected to start work on October 28, 2025. The project is planned to be completed and accepted on April 26, 2026. The project is expected to be handed over to production on May 15, 2026.
This tender includes the EPC general contracting of all agricultural-photovoltaic complementary projects, the handling of all certificates and approval documents related to design review and construction of engineering construction projects, the investigation, measurement, design (including budget and budget) and as-built drawings of engineering design, preliminary design and construction drawings; Procurement, transportation and management of equipment (micro-irrigation system) and materials. The Employer shall be responsible for the inspection, unloading and management of the purchased equipment; project construction preparation and construction; installation and commissioning of all equipment; special design, evaluation, construction and monitoring of water conservation, environmental protection, safety facilities and protective facilities; Cooperate with all special acceptance, startup acceptance and completion acceptance, and be responsible for project handover, project insurance, service and audit within the warranty period, and the lump sum fee for grass harvesting within the 25-year operation period of the photovoltaic power station .
This time, the bidder is required to have good operating conditions, business reputation and corresponding qualifications. In terms of performance, the bidder has the general contracting performance of completing or building one or more agricultural-photovoltaic complementary projects from September 2022 to August 2025. Consortium bidding is not accepted
in this tender .
