On July 22, Huadian (yuanping) New Energy Co., Ltd. invited tenders for the EPC project of yuanping Energy Transformation and Ecological Governance Scenery Demonstration Base (Phase I 400000 kW Photovoltaic). The tenderer was Huadian (yuanping) New Energy Co., Ltd.
The project is located in yuanping City, Xinzhou City, Shanxi Province, with a scale AC measuring capacity of 400MW . The bidding scope includes EPC general contracting of photovoltaic field, collector line, 220kV booster station and 220kV transmission project. Including all equipment and materials procurement, construction and installation, commissioning, trial operation and other package projects, it is required to complete the full capacity grid connection by December 31, 2026.
In addition, the bidding information shows that the photovoltaic modules , inverters , box-type transformers, main transformers and GIS equipment involved in the project must be purchased by Huadian Corporation, and the cable is purchased by the bidder in Huadian Mall. In terms of
performance, the project requires the bidder to have at least three EPC general contract performances of centralized photovoltaic power generation with a single capacity of 100MW or more from January 1, 2023 to the deadline for bidding, including at least one EPC general contract performance of photovoltaic power generation with a single capacity of 400MW or more.
In addition, the project is clear that the tenderee does not accept bidders who have lost money for two consecutive years from 2023 to 2025 ; If the bidder has been registered for less than three years , the bidder who has been losing money since its establishment shall not be accepted .
The project explicitly does not accept consortium bidding . The bid for the
project will be opened on the e-commerce platform of Huadian Group at 9:30 on August 17, 2026.
