It is reported that during the investigation period, the approval and promotion of new projects that are in the planning stage and have not yet started are suspended; the projects that have been put on record and are under construction maintain the original rhythm. After the
investigation is completed, the approval criteria will be adjusted according to the real demand dynamics at home and abroad.
Data show that the planned capacity of the energy storage industry has exceeded 2 T, far exceeding the actual global demand, the capacity utilization rate of the whole industry is only 65%, the capacity utilization rate of small and medium-sized, low-end production lines is less than 50%, and the risk of involution expansion continues to accumulate. Regulation is intended to control long-term ineffective new production capacity, not to suppress the track.
