Project Overview: G30 Guazhou-Xingxingxia and G312 Guazhou-Xingxingxia Integrated Upgrading and Reconstruction Project, the starting point of the route is located in the east of Guazhou County. It connects with G30 Lianhuo Expressway and Qigua Section of G312 Line by hub interchange, ends at the east side of Xingxingxia Town (the junction of Gansu and Xinjiang), and connects with the expansion and reconstruction section of Xingxingxia to Hami Section of G30 Lianhuo Expressway. This project is planned to be implemented in two phases, of which the first phase of the project is to implement the integrated upgrading and reconstruction project of G30 Guazhou to Xingxingxia and G312 Guazhou to Xingxingxia ( "six to eight" project), and to widen two lanes of the G30 Lianhuo Expressway upstream line to form four lanes together with the old road; At the same time, the G312 line and the existing G30 Lianhuo Expressway downlink 2 lanes will be transformed and utilized to form a downlink 4 lanes, realizing the two-way 8 lanes to connect with the G30 Lianhuo Expressway "Four to Eight" project being implemented in Xinjiang. The second phase of the project implements the integrated upgrading and reconstruction project of G30 Guazhou to Xingxingxia and G312 Guazhou to Xingxingxia ( "Eight to Ten" project), which is to add two lanes to the downlink of G30 Lianhuo Expressway synchronously when the second-class highway from G312 Xingxingxia to Hami is restored in Xinjiang, and to release the first phase of the project by using G312 line to restore the second-class non-toll road. G30 eight lanes and G312 two lanes are connected to Xinjiang eight lanes and two lanes respectively, and the two provinces and regions of Gansu and Xinjiang realize the separation of national highway and national highway.
