The Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Based on the analysis of the international and domestic situation, the following suggestions are put forward on the formulation of the 15th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development.

3. Building a modern industrial system and consolidating and strengthening the foundation

of the real economy is the material and technological basis of Chinese-style modernization. 5. Building a strong domestic market and speeding up the construction of a new development pattern
