On March 24, the tender announcement for EPC general contracting of Chongqing Huadian Fuling Dishui 60.48 MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Project, a related project of Chongqing Branch of China Huadian Corporation, was issued.
The announcement shows that the tenderer of the project is Huadian Chongqing New Energy Co., Ltd. The project is located in Fuling District, Chongqing City, and it is planned to build a 60.48 MW photovoltaic project (the installed capacity on the DC side is 85.MW 14828). The construction period of the main body of the
project is 7 months , and the construction shall be started within 1 week after the contract is signed and the Employer's notice is received; the construction of the main body shall be started within 1 month after the construction is started ( the construction of the foundation or pile foundation of the photovoltaic array (booster station)); All photovoltaic power generation units will be put into operation within 7 months after the main body starts construction.
The bidding project is divided into one bid section .
The project contractor is responsible for the procurement, transportation (including secondary transfer), unloading and warehousing of all equipment and materials within the scope of project construction. Excluding the procurement and transportation of equipment supplied by Party A (photovoltaic modules , inverters , 35kV box transformers, 110kV main transformers, GIS); all construction and installation works of photovoltaic field, booster station, power collection lines and supporting facilities; Project survey and design, engineering management, equipment supervision, etc.
This tender requires bidders to have at least two EPC general contracting projects of 50 MW and above photovoltaic projects from January 1, 2022 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the completion time). Consortium bidding is not accepted for
this project . Bidding documents will be
obtained from 14:00 on March 24, 2026 to 10:00 on March 30, 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:00 on April 14, 2026.
