According to the announcement, a total of 2 enterprises were shortlisted. Among them, Shanghai Energy Engineering Group Co., Ltd. ranked the first candidate with the bidding price of 326509300 yuan and the average unit price of 3.27 yuan/W .
According to the tender announcement, the project tenderer Qinshui Yudean New Energy Co., Ltd. The project is located in Guxian Township, Qinshui County, Jincheng, Shanxi Province, with an installed capacity of 100MW on the AC side . It is a mountain photovoltaic power generation project.
The bidding scope is EPC general contracting of this project, including all contents except production preparation (production training and early mobilization of personnel, procurement of safety tools, furniture and household appliances in office and living areas), supervision, equipment supervision, formalities handled by the Employer and construction land transfer fees. Project shall be no later than September 30 , 2026, and the full-capacity power business license shall be obtained no later than December 30, 2026.
